2. Generally, we will ship a dress in 7 working days after you completed payment of the order; if you made an order during China Festivals, or our busy season like the month before Halloween, it may take 5-15 days longer.
3. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
1. When you buy from us, we want to make you completely satisfied. For quality issue, you can ask for exchange or a refund; please provide the reason of your return and include as many details as possible, upload photos that clearly demonstrate the problem with the item (if necessary).

For size issue, if the dress size did not arrive in the specification as you ordered, you can choose to make the adjustments at a local tailor, in which case we will reimburse the tailoring costs as long as the costs does not exceed the original price of the dress by 50%. If the tailoring costs exceed the original price of the dress by 50%, we will reimburse only up to the amount equal to 50% of the dress’s original cost.If a dress does not fit because of your measurement errors, then you will be responsible for all the cost.
3. Please note that we can not process any products that are returned directly without any information to us before. You are recommended to contact our after-sale Customer Service before returning an item and they will give you some useful advice.
